If you refer a company (“Company”) to ProLedge and if the Company engages ProLedge, you will be paid a one-time referral fee in the amount of $100 once the Company has paid ProLedge at least $300 in aggregate service fees (“the Milestone”), as long as the Milestone occurs within 12 months of the date when you referred Company to ProLedge. The referral fee will be paid to you by check within 30 days of the Milestone having been reached. The Company is considered having been referred by you if you are the first one to provide the Company’s contact through an online form on the www.proledge.com website and if this is done prior to ProLedge having engaged in any dialog with the Company. The referral program does not apply if you are an employee of the Company or if you are affiliated with the Company. ProLedge retains the right to terminate or modify the terms of this referral program at any time.
