May 15th  is tax day for some folks.  Those lucky tax-exempt organizations that breezed by the April 15th deadline are finally in the hot seat.  While most private organizations or larger tax-exempt organizations are well aware of the deadline, many small tax-exempt organizations are not in the habit of filing.
